Book A Dogg Beauty Day
There are many factors in pet grooming, such as whether your pet has long or short hair and also if the hair is matted
and tangled. Therefore, there is no set pricing for grooming. Each pet gets individually priced, based on the size of your pet, quality of their fur, and time estimated to complet the groom.
If your pet is matted you will be given the option of paying a de-matting fee to have the matting brushed out, or you can have your pet shaved down to rid them of matting. This can be discussed with the groomer to determined which path will be best for your pet.
Doggy Day Care
At Snip Dogg there's plenty of room to run around, lots of human attention,
and plenty of canine friends. A fun day of running, playing and chasing toys will
keep your pup busy & lead to less destructive behavior like chewing, barking or biting.
Additionally, we will reinforce good doggie manners at all opportunities. After a full day of fun,
your pup will return home exhausted and probably sleep like a baby.
BEFORE starting any daycare, we ask that you bring your pets most recent vaccination record, which you can obtain from your veterinarian's office. There are three mandatory vaccines which your pet will need to have. They are Rabies, Bordetella and DA2PP/Distemper.
If you do not have these vaccines, we will not be able to house your dog until it receives the required vaccinations.
Our Routine...
Walks are offered every 5-6 hours .
Your pup will have the opportunity to get their "beauty sleep" in between play times.
We provide relaxing music to the areas where they rest after play time.
When it's mealtime, the dogs will be individually fed according to your instructions.
If your pup has any specific dietary requirements and/or requires certain foods,
please note that on your registration form.
You will need to provide the appropriate amount of food (for your pup's stay) with his/her name clearly labeled along with the type of food and quantity to be dispensed (you can always purchase food at the front desk).
F.A.Q.
Can I wait for my dog?
Most dogs become excited when they see their owners and might become stressed if they can’t immediately go to them. To avoid extra excitement or stress to your dog, we recommend that you don't stay while your dog is being groomed or bathed.
Are walk-ins accepted?
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Do I need to make an appointment?
We recommend that you make an appointment. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
Please note:
Dogs with extremely matted hair, very thick coats or temperamental personalities may be subject to supplementary charges if additional time and extra care is required. If we determine your dog’s coat is too severely matted, we will suggest it be clipped instead to avoid undue pain or discomfort to the dog.
What can I expect on our first visit?
On your first visit to the salon, please ensure your pet is
up-to-date on ALL their vaccinations.
Proof is required. The Groomer will meet your dog & get an assessment of his temperament & have a consultation.
How much does grooming cost?
Grooming prices depend on the size and breed
of the dog. If your dog's fur is severely matted
there will be am extra fee.
How often should I have my dog groomed?
Your dog should be groomed every 4 to 8 weeks.
How long does it take?
Grooming time depends on the size and breed of the dog, as well as the services requested. When you arrive for your appointment, we will do our best to give you an approximate pick-up time. Generally speaking, you should expect to leave your dog with us between 1 to 4 hours.
